Cancellation policy

Direct Bookings

• 14+ days before arrival: 100% refund
• 7–13 days before arrival: 50% refund
• Less than 7 days before arrival: No refund

No-Shows

• No refunds will be issued for no-shows, unused nights, or shortened stays.

Refund Processing

• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method whenever possible.

Force Majeure

• In exceptional circumstances, Visit Noto Stays may review cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis. This does not create any entitlement to a refund.
